Good communication skills. This is probably more about detail with emails, proposals, CRM etc rather than phone/verbal BUT you will still 100% need to have good friendly verbal communication skills.
Happy to train on both technical and the role if you are local friendly and inquisitive and want a good long term career
The role is all about being the glue in the business. You will deal with customers, check on orders, coordinate projects, be a senior administrator, coordinate sales, get involved with quoting and proposals. Really varied. Really friendly team. Great prosects as you and the business grows
