What does your role involve?
My role involves managing the recruitment and selection process, with a primary focus on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients across the engineering and manufacturing sectors. I work closely with both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
