Are you recently qualified within an IT / IS related field? Or do you have some practical IT experience but lack formal qualifications? If so, we have an ideal entry level position that offers excellent growth prospects. As IT Engineer, you will learn and be responsible for maintaining the internal IT systems, and occasionally support external customers too. You will be given guidance from a senior member of staff to ensure you gain the knowledge needed to provide the correct IT solutions.

Salary Guideline: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum. 7% employer contribution pension, 10% bonus based on individual and company targets. Hybrid working – 2 days at home, 3 days in the office.

The Trainee IT Technician job will involve:

• Solving information systems problems using the helpdesk software and procedures where applicable
• Designing and supporting computer systems to assist in achieving company targets
• Supporting software requirements by research, developing and maintaining applications and databases
• Provide general support to the Information Systems Manager and Information Systems Engineer as required.

This Trainee Information Systems Engineer job will suit:

• A recent qualification within an IT field e.g Degree, HND, HNC etc.
• Alternatively, could look at an experienced IT Technician who doesn’t have any formal IT qualifications.
• Someone who is keen to learn and develop a career. Comfortable communicating with various contacts.

This job is commutable from Warwick and the surrounding areas.
