TIG Welder

Location: Melton Mowbray area

We are seeking skilled TIG Welders to join a growing engineering business. Scope to work either an early shift or evening shift pattern depending on preference. These are fixed so you wont need to rotate.

• Mornings: Mon - Thursday 06:45am until 3:00pm, and 6:45am until 2:00pm on a Friday
• Evenings: 3:00pm until 1:00am on a Monday to Thursday basis.

Working on high quality products, ideally you will have worked on high value fabrications for a range of customers that include the likes of Rolls Royce. The company support a range of sectors so job security is ensured.

Basic rate around £13.00 to £14.00 per hour, plus an additional 20% shift premium for the evening shift if you choose this pattern. Wider benefits of 25 days + bank holidays offered on these positions.

Overtime prospects are readily available but not enforced upon should you wish to avoid this.

If opting for the evening shift, we can only consider experience TIG Welders who can hit the ground running as there will be a lack of supervision in general.
