Technical Support / Product Support / Customer Support opportunity to work within a highly technical business that prides themselves on their company culture and being able to provide technical solutions to a wide variety of customer across a number of engineering & manufacturing sectors (Advanced Technology / Automation). 

This job will suit:

• Ideally knowledge of Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical background.
• Articulate Engineer looking for a Technical Support / Product Support / Customer Support type position.
• Experience in a Customer facing type role preferable – able to communicate effectively face to face and over the phone with a customer.
• You may be from a service, proposals, quotes, estimating, sales or contracts background.
• Above all else the right attitude and passionate about doing a good job.

The job will involve:

• Provide advanced technical support to customers, ensuring that all inquiries are handled accurately and professionally
• Perform technical training to internal technical and sales team as well as customers 
• Provide customer-based feedback to Business Unit on product development
• Coordinate with Marketing to arrange and lead product demonstrations
• Continually learning to stay informed of new product features, related applications, hardware and technologies.
