What we are looking for in this Technical Sales Manager job

• A technical sales manager or a focused business development manager
• Ideally some overlap to providing high volume pats into the aerospace, automotive, industrial or general engineering sectors
• A Sales manager who wants to work for a rock solid business ; backed by a PLC which has grown 113% in 3 years and an incredible 250% in the past 5 years
• Some technical understanding of engineering would be highly beneficial
• Energy and drive
• SME mentality – whilst they are part of a large group – the UK remains a sales focused SME
• Someone happy to manage a UK territory and grow a customer base, autonomous role
• Loyalty is a core value – you will ideally have demonstrated length of tenure in your recent career history (stints of 5 years +)
