Technical Sales Manager. HP17, Haddenham, Oxfordshire

Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Senior Sales Engineer. Sales leadership role, responsible for managing the technical sales process of an SME manufacturing business.
Excellent starting salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus scheme (OTE of £70K+) + Car or Car allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme (4.5% employer contribution).
Consultative sales role, this will suit someone used to working in regulated environment and used to technical sales and long sales gestation periods (Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or similar sectors).
Excellent opportunity for a Sales engineer or sales professional to progress into a leadership role, you will be part of the senior management team and will have a strong influence on the success of the business moving forward.
Core working hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday

This Technical Sales Manager job will suit:

A Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Senior Sales Engineer who is used to working in an SME environment. Ideally from a manufacturing or production business as this role will work closely with engineering teams.
The role will sell into a technical customer base, highly regulated environments – Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical or similar. It will require a lot of diligence and compliance, working closely with a customer to provide a very consultative approach.
Able to lead a very small customer service team, produce accurate reports and analysis and help drive new business growth strategies.
Someone that has sold a bespoke or custom product.
Based near to Oxforshire/ Buckinghamshire but will require small amounts of travel in the UK and internationally. You will require a full UK driving license and valid passport.

This job is commutable from Oxford, Aylesbury, Bicester, High Wycombe, Thame, Haddenham, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
