• A technical Manager, lead engineer, senior design engineer or R&D engineer who is passionate about engineering and will be excited about being able to really make their mark within a R&D focused manufacturing / engineering SME.

• Has a proven track record in engineering leadership and project management (OR someone wanting to make the next step)

• Balances product innovation / development with a ‘design for manufacture’ approach.

• Has good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering with a willingness to develop their skill set. There are elements of electrical / electronics / mechanical / software / control systems involved in this role

• Is regarded as a top-rate engineer by customers and colleagues. 

• Demonstrates personal qualities including transparent & accountable, honest and approachable, efficient & results driven, customer focussed & solution orientated.

The Opportunity

• The successful candidate will play a key role on the senior management team, along with the Managing Director and Sales Director

• A Successful candidate should expect to be fast tracked to a Director level as they prove their talents and value to the company.
