Are you a UI Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer working on the software development of user interfaces? Do you want to be an integral part of a unique growing team that develop, test and build cutting edge defence and space technology?

This Software Engineer job will involve:

• Designing and implementing User Interfaces for controlling new technology for defence and space applications.
• The design of User Interfaces for all aspects of instrumentation control systems, such as system setup, operator control and sensor visualisation.
• Responsible for the implementation / coding of User Interfaces.
• Gathering system requirements / user stories.
• Writing system test plans and assisting in validation testing.

This Software Engineer jobs role will suit:

• A Software Developer or Software Engineer with experience of designing and implementing desktop and mobile user interfaces using C++.
• Previous experience of Qt framework with QML is preferred.
• You will be able to demonstrate good experience of user interface design principals.
• You will be degree qualified in a relevant engineering or science or mathematics based discipline.
