Retail fit-out Shopfitting Site Manager / Projects Manager. Mainly small retail fit out projects taking 3-5days to complete. The Site Manager / Projects Manager will cover multiple sites across the country, so there is a mix of site work, work from home and coming over to the office some of the time.

Key deliverables:

•Manage the relationship with shopfitting teams at multiple sites to ensure shop fitting projects start on time and fit outs are completed on time, to the required standard and within budget.

•Build relationships with customers and shop fitter.

•Reporting back to the Senior Manager on key measurables: on time, on budget, customer issues, snag lists, the plan of action to close out the project and the pipeline of shopfitting projects for the weeks ahead.

•This is a role for someone that communicates frequently, usually on the phone, with shopfitters, customers and colleagues to update on each project.

•There is plenty of travel with this role, probably visiting each site once or twice, so roughly 2 nights away per week.

•Knowledge of Shopfitting and Fitout is ideal, or similar building trades skills and experience.
