Salary TBC but we anticipate in the £55,000 - £65,000 region (very approx.) Plus car allowance of £7,000 per annum + 25 days holiday.

You will ideally be an experienced Service Manager with experience of complex equipment supplied into the aerospace, engineering, automotive, rail, manufacturing or rail sectors (accustomed to complex kit into regulated environments; dealing with large engineering blue chip customers). As Service Manager you will manage a team of 15+ service engineers

This Service Manager jobs role will suit:

• A Service Manager who has managed a team of service engineers in a collaborative manner
• Accustomed to dealing with high speed PLC controlled, electro-mechanical high value equipment
• You will ideally have experience of driving best practice within a service engineering department, using data from CRM / ERP / MRP systems to increase service revenue
• You will be a very customer focused Service Manager – able to forge relationships with large engineering and manufacturing businesses (many are blue chip) and structure service contracts to deliver a good margin
