Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations Key Responsibilities:

Lead operations strategy in line with business growth objectives.
Oversee production, procurement, and dispatch for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
Establish and track KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
Ensure operational readiness for production peaks.
Inspire and develop a high-performing, multi-functional team (including 2 direct reports).

Your Background as a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations:

Proven track record in Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, or similar leadership roles.
Strong background in improving productivity, output, and operational effectiveness.
Strategic leader with a hands-on approach.
Skilled in managing multi-functional teams and building scalable processes within a growing SME.
