We are looking for a Senior Automotive Engineer to take a lead role within a Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) rig test facility. You will be part of a wider vehicle attributes and performance test team, collaborating across NVH, chassis, and ADAS to deliver breakthrough test and R&D projects.

Your background as a Senior Automotive Engineer:

Proven experience in a Senior Engineer role within an automotive, motorsport, OEM, Tier 1, test house, or consultancy environment.
Strong background in vehicle rig or laboratory testing, or chassis development projects.
Previous experience working with a Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) rig is highly desirable.
Hands-on skills: confident in using vehicle instrumentation and preparing rigs/vehicles for testing.
Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.

Senior Automotive Engineer responsibilities:

Lead and support K&C rig test programmes, ensuring vehicles and rigs are prepared and test-ready.
Provide technical leadership across test and R&D projects.
Work directly with customer engineering teams, offering technical guidance and support.
Contribute to commercial proposals by providing technical input for new projects.
Collaborate with other attribute teams (Dynamics, NVH, ADAS) on complex vehicle testing programmes.
Drive the future development of testing capabilities and facilities.
