Sales Office Manager

This Sales office manager or Internal Sales manager role is based in Loughborough, commutable from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, East Midlands. Work for a market leading construction company who manufacture building materials and supply to building merchants, contractors, specifiers and the wider construction sector. 

 

• Salary £32,000- £35,000 TBC as a very approx. guide. Plus then a bonus up to 20% paid quarterly (KPI and company performance related). 

• Total earnings likely to be in the £38,000 to £42,000. 

• Rule out if you are seeking £43,000 or higher as a salary

• Holidays – 25 days plus Bank Holidays

• Pension – 5% employer & 5% employee contributions 

 

What we need for this Sales office manager jobs role 

• A sales office manager or internal sales manager within 20 miles of Loughborough (approx.)

• Customer focused – ideally some internal sales experience

• A good coach/mentor / leader who can manage a customer focused team (so a good people manager ; doing 1-2-1s and setting KPIs on quotation turnaround, accuracy, CRM utilisation)

• You may have been a Sales Office Manager, Sales Manager or Internal sales manager (or maybe a Customer Service Manager with a B2B sales focus). 

• Or you could have worked for a supplier / merchant of construction products (maybe branch manager or similar) and be seeking to work for a market leading manufacturer 

• Ideally some experience of utilising CRM systems to make sure a sales / customer experience is smooth & efficient 

• B2B experience would be beneficial

• We are very open on your background providing you have good sales/customer focused leadership experience
