·Sales Manager or BDM to join an established business selling electro mechanical products to defence and military customers worldwide as part of the international sales team.

·Eligibility for SC Clearance essential for this electro-mechanical Sales Manager job because of selling into defence and military.

·There will be plenty of international travel to meet customers (subject to covid guidelines) and there is scope to work from home quite a bit once you are up and running.   Ideally you’ll live in South West England so you can travel to meet colleagues at the office when needed.

·This role will suit a Sales or Business Development Manager, able to travel worldwide, and with experience of selling electromechanical products into defence, military and security customers, agents and distributors. 

Salary & Package: good base salary + car/allowance + significant bonus 

This Sales Manager BDM Defence job will suit:

·Experienced Sales / Business Development Manager, able to develop new customers and engage with existing customers (50/50 hunter / farmer).

·Very likely to have a background working within defence or military sector.

·Eligibility for SC clearance is essential.

·Experience of running an overseas network of sales agents and distributors will be a big advantage.

·Establishing and maintaining network of distributor and sales agents.

·Equal split between Account Management and New Business Development.

This job is commutable from Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Bournemouth, Southampton, Bristol, South Coast England with International Travel.
