The Sales Executive jobs role : informal notes from kick off meeting

·         £70m t/o business

·         Doubled in size in the last 3 years

·         Outbound sales/account management, no cold calling, selling into our existing Distributor base

·         Target c. 5 calls per hour from/into an established customer base

·         Office based Kings Lynn ; Hybrid once fully trained and settled

·         37.5 hrs a week plus ½ hour unpaid break

·         08 00 to 16 00/09 00 to 17 00 revolving shift weekly with a 30 minute unpaid break

What we are looking for

·         Local to Kings Lynn

·         Strong communication skills

·         This is NOT cold calling. This is NOT an overly sales focused role. It is focused on existing customers. We still want someone who is driven and not afraid to nudge / chase thigs down but it’s NOT scripted tele-sales – more account management

·         Articulate with personable telephone skills

·         Used to working to deadlines/targets

·         Team player

·         Good IT system knowledge, preferably CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) understanding but very happy to train

·         Microsoft skills: Excel, Word, Teams etc

·         Happy to train someone who is local + has strong communication skills
