Are you seeking Sales & Marketing Director jobs or Sales Director jobs in the Lincolnshire region (commutable from Bourne, Peterborough, Sleaford, Lincoln, Boston, Melton Mowbray) Are you a Head of Sales, Sales Director or Business Development Director who wants to work for a medium sized manufacturing and engineering company who are launching an exciting new product?

You will ideally have experience of some sort of mechanically engineered or assembly product or system. This is an assembled piece of mechanical equipment that goes into the construction, plant, heavy industrial environments.

Salary TBC but rule out if you are seeking above £100,000 as a base salary. Potential for MBO / equity to be discussed

What we are looking for

• A Sales Director commutable to Peterborough Lincolnshire region
• A Sales & Marketing Director (or someone wanting to step up into this role)
• SME experience is a must – you will have worked within £5m to £35m t/o businesses
• Importantly you will likely have shown loyalty/ resilience / length of tenure in this size of business.
• Some industry overlap whether that be construction, plant, generators, engineering solutions etc. would be beneficial but Is not absolutely essential
