• You are part of the senior leadership team
• We want someone who is dynamic and has some experience of driving growth within engineering / manufacturing SMEs (ideally selling technical products with some sort of overlap to cameras, photography / photographic, optical and electro-optical products or lighting sectors)

• The business operates in a niche but any exposure to cameras, photography / photographic, optical and electro-optical products, lighting sectors would be beneficial (please note this is NOT selling lighting into construction / architects – that background is less well suited)
• Any e commerce experience would be beneficial
• A strong track record of coaching and mentoring BD / business development / sales professionals
• A dynamic Sales Director, Head of Sales, Director of sales who wants to work in a medium sized business where you can really make improvements
