Are you seeking Sales Director jobs, general Manager jobs or Managing Director jobs? Do you want to drive growth within a fast paced SME which has the backing of a FTSE PLC organisation? You MUST have real drive and energy and have experience of growing an SME (ideally in that £10m to £30m sort of size).

Sales Director Candidate profile:

· Must be within 1 hour (approx.) of Darlington which is the main facility 30,000 sq. feet

· Ambitious - wanting to take that step from being a head of sales or Sales Director to become a general Manager / Managing Director with full P&L responsibility

· Strong leadership ability

· Flexible on industry background providing its in the industrial/engineering/manufacturing sectors
