• ·Sales Support, Internal Sales, Customer Relations, Customer Service or working in a similar sort of role.Ideally from a B2B, professional sales office environment.

• Established, stable and successful business that design and manufacture specialist equipment for the agricultural industry – Knowledge of the farming or agricultural sector will be a big advantage but not essential.If you have any technical knowledge or interest, again this could be an advantage.

• This is NOT a traditional sales role, NOT cold calling or selling from a catalogue. The product and it’s benefits do the selling.This role will focus mainly on enquiries and inbound customer contact.

• Helping to build and maintain a professional CRM database – this role will help with creating more automated Marketing & customer contact alongside providing support.

• £30K - £32K salary as a very rough estimate but will be dependent on experience + pension + 25 days holiday and all bank holidays.

This Sales Coordinator job will suit:

• A Sales Support, Internal Sales, Customer Relations, Customer Service professional or similar.

• Any experience within the agricultural sector or Farming would be advantageous but not a necessity.Automotive, machinery or capital manufacturing experience would also be well suited.

• Knowledge of CRM systems.This person will help to maintain and professional CRM system for the business.

• Excellent communicator with a professional approach, looking to work within an office environment for a very stable and interesting business.As they are a technical / manufacturing company, if you have any interest or knowledge around engineering then again this could be highly suitable to you.

• You will need a full UK driving license.

• Good IT skills with Microsoft packages and experience with an ERP system.

The Sales Coordinator job will involve:

• Supporting UK customer base with incoming sales enquiries, sales queries, making suggestions on the product range.

• Helping to maintain and generate an efficient & professional CRM database.

• Potential to develop into a more senior sales role as you grow within the company – plenty of opportunity for training and career progression.

• Help with trade shows and other marketing activities – SME business, you will require a mindset where you are willing to help in many different areas within the business.
