This Robotics Software Engineer job will involve:

• Fantastic opportunity to join a growing team working on the development and build of advanced robot prototypes and products.
• Development of robotic autonomy algorithms capable of making robust decisions for planning and control.
• Development of efficient software for motion control, path planning and task execution.
• Support prototyping of autonomous systems and validate designs through a series of purpose-designed experiments – you will get the opportunity to support physical product trials and demonstrations.

This Robotics Software Engineer job role will suit:

• A Software Engineer with a C++ software programming or software development background.
• Experience of developing robotics-based solutions e.g. autonomous vehicles, remotely operated vehicles, automated guided vehicles, industrial robotics or similar technologies would be highly advantageous.  
• You will be degree qualified in a relevant software engineering or science or mathematics-based discipline.
• You must be able to obtain UK MOD security clearance.
