Robotics Engineer or Automation Engineer who can evaluate customer requirements, technical specifications and budgets to be able to bring together innovative and commercially sound robotic solutions.  

Wider responsibilities will include:

• Generation of concept solutions and present these to customers.  
• Generation of robotic cell / equipment layout drawings using 3D CAD.
• Lots of internal communication with sales and engineering teams.  
• Robotic reach studies, simulations and calculations.
• Support customer site visits as required.

This Robotics Engineer job will suit:

• A Robotics Engineer or Automation Engineer or Systems Engineer with knowledge and experience of robotic systems used within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• A Robotics Engineer with an ability to liaise effectively with customer to capture their technical requirements.
• Project engineering / project management experience to be able to develop technical proposals, manage project costs, handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• You will hold a relevant qualification in an Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
