Recruitment Marketing Catalyst

The mission for the role is to be the catalyst between data and sales growth.

Primarily training will be provided to update and add company contacts on to the inhouse database of prospect in the Engineering, Technology, Science, Manufacturing and Finance, Management & Commercial sectors.

The role will involve the updating of data on an access database, supported by information gathering from Online platforms such as job boards and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.

Adding new market contacts on to the system from sources such as business directories and online listings.

Contacting prospective customers by telephone and email to discuss their interest and suitability in our services.

The role will initially be office based until sufficient training has been received and the incumbent can undertake some work remotely.

The ability to use Zoom, Teams, MS Office, Office 365, Excel and Trello would be advantageous, although training specific software can be provided to anyone with a sound foundation in IT usage.

To be successful in this role you will need to have an open and curious mind, a friendly personality with an excellent telephone manner and analytical skills. It is important that you have an eye for detail and work in a thorough, conscientious and diligent manner. Technically you will already be a confident computer user of a wide variety of software packages and platforms and ideally hold a higher-level qualification such as an HNC, HND or degree.

Full training on an Access database will be provided, in addition to how to use and navigate online data sources such as LinkedIn.

We use a wide range of software platforms for specialist applications such as Trello, Canva, YouTube, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Zoom and Teams. Full training and familiarisation with these systems will be provided throughout the employment.

Training and awareness of data security, GDPR and data management will be provided.

Business to Business Telephone manner and etiquette will be provided.

The person in this role will receive mentoring from a senior member of the company executive team and learn the full scope of online researching and using direct communication techniques.

This role will be part of the UK Governments Kickstarter scheme.
