Quality Inspection Team Leader, Newbury, Berkshire – Market leading, precision engineering business looking for an experienced Quality Inspection Team Leader with excellent attention to detail and exposure to standard and specialist inspection equipment. The firm supplies precision engineered parts to the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Medical and Oil & Gas sectors.

This job will suit:

• A Quality Inspector, Quality Engineer, CMM Inspector or QA Engineer with a manufacturing background in either the automotive, medical or aerospace industry
• Proficient in standard and specialist inspection equipment
• An individual with materials testing competence
• An organized individual with the ability to prioritise competing demands

The job will involve:

• Creating standard and bespoke inspection reports including FAIR
• Initiate and support root cause investigations of NCR
• Identify and report non-conformance
• Overall responsibility for Metrology
• Support continuous improvement of inspection function

This job is commutable from Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Swindon, Andover and Basingstoke
