This Quality Auditor role will suit:

• Experience of working within a Quality Assurance, Quality Auditor, QSE, QHSE position within a professional organisation.
• Quality assurance is really valued within the business and is used as a continuous improvement tool, so we are looking for somebody to engage and work with Teams / Managers, not just deliver Quality Assurance as a box ticking exercise.   
• The company employ roughly 400 people across several different business units and professions (e.g., technical, engineering, professional, commercial, finance etc…).
• Experience of undertaking internal audits ideally to ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• You are likely to be hold relevant qualifications or certifications for quality assurance / quality auditing.

This Quality Auditor job will involve:

• To work across a diverse engineering and technology development organisation in a collaborative manner to improve core business processes to achieve business objectives and continued accreditation to several quality standards including ISO9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Undertake internal audits and produce added value reports to help continuously improve company wide business management systems.
• Provide external auditing support.
• Coordinate the effective root cause analysis and closure of all non-conformities generated by internal and external audit programmes.
• Engage with the business / department managers and work with them to find opportunities for improvement, support the delivery / deliver appropriate training etc…
