Office based.  Full time. Mon-Fri.  Lunchtime finish on Fridays.

£26-29,000 salary guideline + 5% pension

Quality Assurance job supporting update and preparation of documents for Quality Control and Quality Documentation in the Quality Management System.  Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the job holder will:

• Support the maintenance, review and update of the company’s Quality Management System.
• Support the planning and conduct of internal and external audits. Ensure audit findings are managed, addressed and closed within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure calibration of inspection and measuring equipment is maintained and records kept up to date.
• Follow up any quality non conformance reports to ensure that theses have been completed and closed out by colleagues across the business.

This Administrator role is with a manufacturing engineering business with a professional team. 

The Quality Assurance Coordinator job is suited to a person confident to work in manufacturing business.  Ideal experience for the role will include some experience of quality audits, ISO9001 and to have worked in a business with a continuous improvement approach.  The role will require good communication skills, and the ability to follow up and close out quality processes and documentation with colleagues.  Good skills with Microsoft packages Word, Excel, and Outlook, willingness to learn new systems and an eye for detail will also be important.

Pay level:  £26-29k guideline salary, + 5% pension.  Full time Mon-Fri. Lunchtime finish on Fridays.
