What we need for this Project Manager jobs role

• Within 12 miles approx. of Loughborough / Quorn region

• You will maybe have been a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Composites engineer, Project manager, project planner, Engineering Project coordinator or project lead (or similar)

• An understanding of engineering – either mechanical, composites or materials science  (their sector of carbon fibre composites is niche – so we are flexible on your technical background)

• Good project planning and organisation experience / ability  

• We do NOT need Prince 2 or anything too formal here – just someone who enjoys project management + is organised.

• Strong communication skills – pro-active – the sort of person who nudges things along both with a customer and an internal stakeholder

• Any exposure to organising testing, costing projects etc would be useful but again we are flexible and happy for someone to pivot into the job

• Someone who values stability & family. An engineer or project manager who wants a really nice job where you can make a difference but still have a good work life balance
