​Production Supervisor

• Hands on leadership position within a growing engineering business.

• The job is based on three shift pattern.

Varied job opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader who wants to develop further. You will be responsible for managing a team of c50 employees, ensuring production is running to schedule and performance levels are high. Flexiblilty to work rotating shifts is required for this role

Salary & Package: £24,000 to £27,000 DOE + shift premium (average additional £4,500+ per year). Excellent holidays and wider benefits offered. Hours of work rotate across mornings, afternoons, and nights midweek – details as follows;

• Morning Shift; Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm, Friday 6am to 12:45pm

• Afternoon Shift (20% premium); Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm, Friday 12:35pm to 7pm

• Night Shift (30% premium); Monday to Thursday 8:55pm to 06:10am, Friday – no shift.  

This Production Supervisor job will suit:

• An experienced Team Leader or Supervisor who has worked within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

• Hands on in nature, comfortable working around precision machinery.

• Target driven, good communication skills, organised in nature.

• Flexible to work rotating shift patterns.
