Production Operations Manager, Dudley, West Midlands

Production Operations Manager to join a manufacturing business.  The Production Manager will build a production manufacturing operations team, drive quality and manufacturing continuous improvement, plan budgets and identify true value add processes on which to base the KPI’s which deliver SQCD safety, quality, cost, delivery objectives.

Salary & Package: £60-65,000 + benefits, with some flexibility for the right person

This Production Operations Manager job will suit:

• KPI driven Operations / Manufacturing or Production Manager with proven track record in fast paced, engineering manufacturing environment
• Experience with professional manufacturing environments like automotive, fmcg or aerospace
• Strong people management skills and experience developing direct reports using coaching and having the right people in the right seats
• Person with comprehensive experience of lean manufacturing practices, and could be from manufacturing or quality management career route.

This job is commutable from Dudley, Wolverhampton, Telford, Stourbridge, Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
