The Principal Control Systems Engineer job will involve:

• The opportunity to take technical and commercial delivery responsibility for cutting edge transmission and driveline system research, development and production projects.
• Projects are with premium low volume automotive manufacturers and will include hybrid and electric vehicle applications.
• Algorithm design and implementation using tools such as Matlab / Simulink or similar.
• Vehicle and controller communication networks development / integration e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, J1939.
• Vehicle and test rig based control system testing and calibration.
