Pre-Sales Cloud and Hardware technologies in a Cloud SaaS integration pre sales and cloud integration role.

This Pre-Sales SaaS integration cloud technology role is with the UK team of a global market leading technology business with products that help to reduce energy wastage, increase efficiency and improve safety in energy, utilities and process industries. As a member of the team is part of a global team, so you have software and product experts as colleagues that support the SaaS Cloud integration Applications Engineer.

In Pre-Sales the key deliverable is to enable the customer to use the technology to its fullest:

·Working within the global team to answer customer questions during SaaS projects or hardware integration, and during the pre-sales phase.

·Educating and training colleagues and customer end-users on issues ranging from cloud integration to SaaS features, specification and functionality.

·Manage time and resources to support pre-sales, SaaS integration support and proactive training of ongoing customers.

·Manage projects, trigger invoicing milestones, and contribute to the global team by supporting sales and marketing with company webinars, web content and approval of technical content of projects.

Salary guideline: £55,000 + 10% pension and upto 5% company bonus which often pays out at the higher level.2022 has been their best ever start to the year.

·a team player, with a customer centric approach, and the ability to balance SaaS integration activities across pre-sales support, integration projects and ongoing training.

·An understanding of (but not a total expert in all of these!) Azure, SaaS, JavaScript and Cloud migration plus some understanding of SQL Server, IAAS, PAAS infrastructure.

·An inquisitive mind that wants to learn, enjoys working collaboratively, and wants to help colleagues and customers get the most from the technology in a global business with a local team.
