• This job reports directly into the MD of a £25m t/o engineering and manufacturing business
• You are part of the senior management team
• We want someone who is dynamic and has some experience of change management and lean implementation within engineering SMEs
• We are not overly concerned with what you have been manufacturing (this is NOT electronics) but anything with a mechanical or plastics feel would be fine (ideally medium to high volume)
