As Operations Director you will ideally have a proven track record of problem-solving for improving processes, increasing efficiency and profits with expanding SMEs (maybe having taken a business from £12m t/o through to £20m t/o or similar). An Ops Director who can structure a business to scale for growth.

• The company value loyalty so you will ideally have demonstrated length of tenure (with stints of 5+ years in your previous Operations Manager jobs or Operations Director appointments or similar)

• You will have strong lean experience (Six Sigma trained or similar).

• This senior role would also suit a VP of Operations, General Manager, Business Unit Manager or Operations Manager who wants to progress their career and also have the chance to become the MD of a very successful business.
