Administration Assistant or Office Administrator for a manufacturing business. Duties cover administrative support such as:
- Administration Assistant in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system and similar office administration
- Raise Purchase Orders, ensuring that goods are received and receipted
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Carry out administration assistant duties such as filing, copying, scanning
This Administrative Assistant role is with a professional team, in an automotive manufacturing business that has been awarded new contracts by its customers. The job is suited to a person confident to work in the office of a manufacturing business, and good skills with Microsoft packages Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Pay level: £18,500 + pension. 39 hour week, daytime Mon-Fri.
This position is commutable from Washington, Gateshead, Sunderland, Tyneside and the surrounding areas
