Office based.  Full time. Mon-Fri.  Lunchtime finish on Fridays.

£20-23,000 salary guideline + 5% pension

Administration Assistant or Office Administrator job in the Quality Assurance admin team at a manufacturing business.  Duties cover record keeping and administrative support such as:

  • Administration Assistant updating records and helping others cross check for accuracy.
  • Check and file documentation, safety records and product certificates.
  • Help update the Quality Management system.
  • Scanning and filing (digital and paper)
  • Support the documentation of questionnaires and certification of suppliers.

This Administrator role is with a professional team specializing in quality assurance and record keeping.  The job is suited to a person confident to work in the office of a manufacturing business.  Good skills with Microsoft packages Word, Excel, and Outlook, willingness to learn new systems and an eye for detail.

Pay level:  £20-23k guideline salary, full time Mon-Fri.
