·Using Solidworks or Inventor as a mechanical design engineer in niche automotive and motorsport assemblies.

·This design engineer will be designing engineered prototypes and low volume precision engineered components and assemblies.

·Products are non driveline, so experience of brackets, clamps, and assemblies subject to automotive safety and stresses would be ideal, for example automotive seating, steering and assemblies, pedal boxes, pneumatics, suspension and hydraulics, load bearing, sub chassis structures or niche vehicle adaptations or off highway and specialist vehicle conversion.

·Modern facility, great work environment for this design engineering team.

·The Design Engineer will work closely with inhouse manufacturing on DFMEA and PFMEA and DFM.

·CNC Precision machining manufacturing engineering business.

·Dayshift role, Monday to Friday (early finish).

Opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled design engineering team with modern engineering facility supporting the engineering design of complex low volume and prototype components. The design engineer will work with colleagues on automotive component engineering design, and the follow on into DFMEA and PFMEA and design for Manufacture.
