Marketing Manager LE19 Fosse Park, Leicester

Marketing Manager to plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, internal and external events, webinars, customer cases and media work.  The Marketing Manager will be a brand guardian and ensure that UK marketing material is in step with the global brand.  High tech electronics and engineering business with a friendly work culture and high standards.

Salary & Package: Guideline £32,000-35,000 salary.  Pension & Private Healthcare.

The skills and experience needed in this Healthcare Marketing job:

• The ability to plan marketing campaigns to generate sales leads.
• A track record of setting realistic goals in terms of time and resource planning.
• Be able to work with colleagues from technical backgrounds and sales backgrounds.  Some interactions will be face to face, and some will be with overseas head-office.
• To ensure that the marketing message is in-keeping with the global brand, and is in-keeping with market positioning.  Balancing creative ideas, with the global brand.
• Experienced in working with automated digital marketing tools, ideally HubSpot and CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.
• The role will manage marketing campaigns, internal and external events, webinars, customer cases and media work. This is not a people-management role.
