£48-54,000 + pension + bonus 

Production Manager job in a manufacturing factory, managing production in automated and manual assembly production cells.  This Manufacturing Manager role will organise production to deliver manufacturing output on time in full, meeting productivity goals and manufacturing quality standards.

£48-54,000salary plus health plan, group pension scheme, quarterly bonus, 25days holiday +8 bank holidays.

Manage manufacturing teams the production team leaders. Maximising productivity and uptime, and minimising operator footsteps and minimising rework.

Work with planning and stores to make sure manufacturing work stations are fully kitted and manufacturing cells are able to maximise productivity and up-time.

Support production team members with skills training and development to upskill new starters and cross train experienced operators.

Work as a team with other managers to achieve product quality, product conformance and customer schedule adherence.

Above all else, ensure the manufacturing KPI objectives are achieved in an environment where H&S is prioritised.

This Production Manager job will be ideal for 

A Production Manager with experience of manufacturing people management, and the ability to work with other managers to achieve KPI’s by working together on pre-production planning, labour planning and stock holding.

A Manufacturing Manager with experience of leading on H&S in the workshop manufacturing environment. 

A Production Manager with experience of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing tools like OEE, and TPM. 

£48-54,000salary plus health plan, group pension scheme, quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday +8 bank holidays.
