Manufacturing Engineering. OX29, Eynsham. £50,000

  • Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Production Engineer or similar. Process improvement role within an SME manufacturing business – excellent opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their engineering career.

  • Rough salary range of £50,000 dependent on the individual + Wider benefits package.

  • This role will be ideal for an engineer or manufacturing professional accustomed to developing and improving engineering manufacturing streams – your role will span full support of both new product introduction and the improvement of existing processes.

  • A background in a regulated environment will be beneficial – dealing with projects for the Military / Defence, Aerospace & Automotive / Motorsport sectors. Any exposure or working towards ISO standards.

  • Working for an SME business – this will be an extremely varied role and will require you to be dynamic, will suit someone who is used to operating in a smaller sized business operating at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.

 

This Manufacturing Engineering job will suit:

  • A Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Engineer or similar

  • Worked on projects or with manufacturing processes that are used in highly regulated environments – Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Motorsport or similar.

  • Full span of support from new product introduction, as well as improvement of existing processes.

  • ·Ideally you will have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, a qualification or degree in an engineering subject would be beneficial. Able to read and interpret CAD / Engineering drawings.
