Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance engineer jobs based in Exeter / Crediton Devon

We are looking for an electrical engineer / electrical Maintenance Engineer or multi-skilled engineer who has strong experience of leading a small maintenance function – driving improvements for PPM, reducing equipment downtime, leading a team and making sure H&S, Lola, Puwer etc is all managed correctly

Important point ; this Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance engineer jobs role is 50% hands on and 50% managing the team and managing PPM schedules etc.

The Maintenance Supervisor jobs role will involve:

• Spend 50% of your time leading the small team of maintenance engineers. You will organise the department
• There is a big push towards more PPM approach. You will use the computerised maintenance system to look at equipment reliability and get the site more focused on PPM.
• You will organise/ make sure Lola & Puwer is all handled correctly
• 50% of the time you will still be hands on doing maintenance
• We are happy to look at maintenance engineers, senior management engineers and then maintenance supervisor / Managers
• You will need to be multi skilled (mix of electrical and mechanical – ideally a bit more electrical focused)

This Maintenance Supervisor jobs role will suit:

• A Maintenance manager or maintenance supervisor with good PPM experience
• Or a Senior Maintenance engineer who wants more leadership
• You will be used to working in a heavy industrial environments (manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, rail ; any mechanical engineering or manufacturing type of sectors). Or you will be happy working in a factory environment
