​Maintenance Engineer

• Varied position within a growing engineering business.

• Flexible for either a mechanical biased or electrical biased Engineer. Some Electrical knowledge is needed.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established business. The role will see you support the maintenance across a range of state of the art laundry machinery. Knowledge of PLC’s, motors, 3 phase etc is therefore needed for this position.

Salary & Package: Up to £45,000 basic for the right person. Additional overtime available at x1.5 hourly rate.  Healthcare. 5% pension. 23 days holiday + bank holidays.

Hours of Work:Rotating mornings and afternoons – 05.00-13.30 /12.45-21.15 Monday-Friday and 08.00-12.00 every other Saturday. Average 42 hours per week.

This Maintenance Engineer job will suit:

• An experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer who has worked on equipment used within FMCG.

• Any prior knowledge of PPM would be an advantage.

• Hold a relevant engineering qualification / Time Served Apprenticeship.

• 50 / 50 split between mechanical and electrical maintenance.
