Machinist

• Multiple positions available as a result of growth.
• Work with new machinery within a modern facility.
• This position does rotate across 3 shifts – days, afternoons, nights

We are seeking experienced machine operators from an engineering background to support continued growth. We DON’T need prior CNC experience for this role, but proven experience of operating some form of machinery for production purposes.

Salary & Package: c£11.50 + shift premium (topping up to c£14.00 per hour). 25 days holiday.  

This Machinist job will suit:

• Experience of running machining centres.
• Good level of tooling knowledge to include tips, inserts, setting offsets, speeds and feeds, tool life, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.

• Running of machines to include setting up of components as per the production schedule.

This job is commutable from Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry.
