This Lead Electrical Design Engineer job will suit:

• A Senior Electrical Design Engineer or Lead Electrical Design Engineer or Chief Electrical Design Engineer with a strong electrical design background – specific experience of switchgear or control panel design or motor control centres or control systems would be beneficial.
• We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering electrical design and development projects.
• The role will require you to lead Electrical Design Engineers – this could be on a project by project basis or as their team leader depending upon your previous experience.    
• You are likely to be degree qualified in an electrical/electronic engineering discipline.
• The company work on UK Defence projects so it is a requirement of this role that you have to be a sole British Citizen to obtain the relevant level of security clearance.
