This Junior Design Engineer job will suit:

• We are ideally seeking a qualified Engineer who either has some experience of working as a Design Engineer / CAD Design Engineer or is seeking to develop their career as a Design Engineer.

• Specific experience of using AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD would be advantageous but experience of using similar CAD packages such as SolidWorks or Creo is also fine.

• You are likely to hold a relevant qualification (Apprenticeship, BTEC, HNC, HND, Degree) in an engineering discipline.

• A conscientious individual with the eagerness to learn and grow within the engineering field.

This Junior Design Engineer job will involve:

• Working within the engineering design team supporting design and development activities across a broad product portfolio.

• Interpreting customer design specifications and producing 3D CAD models and drawing packages.

• Participating in design reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.

• Supporting the engineering team with project documentation and data management.
