IT Support Engineer Coalville £28,000 + benefits.

We require an IT Support Engineer to join a successful business to be a key part of their IT department. This IT Support Engineer will be involved in providing fast, reliable and secure communications and data processing.  You may be someone who is in a 1^st line support role looking for that next step up.

This IT Support Engineer key tasks are:

• 2nd and 3rd Line Support
• Firewall and network maintenance
• Fix issues, and if required escalate to the IT Manager
• System Daily checks
• Project work     
• Network design and implementation
• Proactive maintaining the security of the network
• System documentation
• Creation of IT Processes and IT Policies

This IT Support Engineer job will suit someone with the following skill set:

• Windows XP/10
• Windows server 2012+/2019
• Windows active directory and group policy
• Networking (basic switching and routing)
• Helpdesk systems
