Interim HR Manager with salary consultation, employment contract negotiation or TUPE transfer experience. This is a specific pay grade and salary consultation project, estimated three to four months duration. Could suit a HR Interim looking for a 4 or 5 days a week. This involves employee 1-2-1's as well as some of the off-site documentation work.

The Interim HR Manager will lead the pay grade consultation process at all levels; working with the senior management team and the directors, notifying external employment regulatory bodies, liaison with external HR employment law legal advisors, completion of documentation and the delivery of 1-2-1 consultation meetings. This is a large privately owned business with a wide range of pay grades, (not unionised).

This Interim HR Manager role requires a Human Resources professional with experience of pay review consultation, or revision of employment contracts as part of the Human Resources team, or a similar employee contractual negotiation consultation process relating to terms of employment, revision of employee working arrangements, employee rights and employment contract negotiation. HR Manager with TUPE transfer experience could be helpful too.
