Are you a HR Manager with experience in manufacturing & engineering? Please note that as HR Manager you must have experience of manufacturing or engineering so that you have that experience with shop floor processes and workers

Salary TBC but if you are seeking more than £55,000 I would recommend you rule it out. Good work life balance with flexibility on working hours to avoid traffic / give family balance.

• You must have HR experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Ideally having worked in a dynamic SME (£10m t/o to £50m t/o sort of size)
• You will demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and also pragmatism
