HR Business Partner, Hinckley / Nuneaton

• Role would suit a HR, Human Resources professional with experience of working within a HR, Human Resources advisory role within a professional diverse organisation.

This HR Business Partner role will suit:

• Experience of working within a HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Advisor or similar human resources advisory position in a professional organisation.
• Experience of monitoring, reviewing and implementing a range of HR working and employment practices across a diverse organisation is preferred. The company employ roughly 350-400 people across several different business units and professions (e.g., technical, engineering, professional, commercial, finance etc…).
• You are likely to be degree qualified in a relevant subject area e.g., Human Resources, Business Studies or similar.
• Ongoing CIPD study or completed CIPD is preferred.

This HR Business Partner job will involve:

• To work with business managers across a diverse engineering and technology development organisation providing professional advice and guidance across a breadth of HR activities.
• Provision of advice on employment law and HR process matters to line managers and team members.
• Project management and implementation of corporate HR projects.
• Input to design and implementation of changes to salary, working practices and remuneration packages.
• Provision of coaching to Managers across a range of HR topics that will include recruitment, team management, remuneration, benefits and performance.
• Review and development of HR policies and procedures.
