Health & Safety Advisor

Coleshill

£45,000 + pension

Hands on Health & Safety in manufacturing.  Take charge of H&S in the factory, updating health and safety processes, training supervisors in health and safety in the factory, auditing health and safety across the production site, doing risk assessments and health and safety inspection of equipment and facilities, representing the business on external health and safety matters, delivering heath and safety training to workers.

This Health and Safety Advisor role is hands on, with responsibility for one team member.

Skills and Experience

• Health and Safety experience, hands on, in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial workplace
• NEBOSH or COSHH qualification
• Experience of Health and safety internal audits
• Health & safety experience relating to on site transport, FLT’s, Dept of Transport compliance, warehouse health and safety, high bay storage and the control of on site waste materials will be useful.
