• You are likely to be degree qualified in a Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar discipline.

The Head of Software Support job will involve:

• Ownership of technical support and implementation for a broad range of key clients.
• You will be the key technical support contact for customers (software bias).
• Enhance the provision of technical solutions to meet client requirements.  
• Plan and manage projects, involving in house development teams and 3^rd party developers, to problem solve, enhance product functionality
• Algorithm development for vision systems, debugging and testing.
